The Justice and Peace Committee is sponsoring a Fellowship hour to acknowledge CATECHETICAL SUNDAY. This is a day set up to honor those who give freely of their time in order to provide all children the opportunity to learn more about their religion. These are people like you and I who volunteer to prepare lessons and teach classes in the evening once a week during the school year. It is a time to honor our Religious Education Staff. Please attend Fellowship after mass on September 21 to honor these individuals and show your appreciation.
We also hope that those Confirmation Candidates who are entering into the Rite of Enrollment at the 10:30 Mass and their sponsors will join us to celebrate this blessed event. We are ALL called to be catechists to echo the words and life of Jesus Christ.
